Wethaq Takaful Insurance agreed on the KWD 270,530 ($901,000) debt settlement offered by Investment Dar (TID).
Wethaq noted that the financial impact will reflect on the company’s provisions.
Kuwait Investment as well as Kuwait Finance House earlier rejected the debt settlement proposed by TID.
TID has set April to be the final date on which lenders can join the debt settlement proposed by Dar in January.
